WORKSHOP: Partnership Management Tools & Strategies for the Agrifood Sector
This workshop will begin by highlighting some well-known companies in the food industry that have an effective partnership strategy. The first group activity will involve participants being asked to define what partnership means to their company and identify the types of partnerships they would like to prioritise, and explain reasons for this. The second group activity will follow a short discussion and focus on different types of KPIs that can be achieved through partnerships. The third discussion and group activity will focus on Venture Clienting. The fourth and final group activity will involve identifying, discussing and observing a demo of digital tools and platforms for ecosystem management (e.g. Hubspot / Crossbeam; Reveal and Surf). Participants will receive a summary of key points discussed, along with additional resources and contact information for further engagement and support.
