Giacomo Cattaneo is the co-founder and CEO of FOOD FOUNDERS Studio, a Swiss venture studio that builds B2B food technology companies based on untapped European academic research. He focuses on transforming technology into scalable, impactful food innovations. With experience in launching ventures like EverGrain by AB InBev, which developed sustainable proteins and fibers from upcycled brewer's grains, Giacomo is a leader in sustainable food tech. He holds a PhD in Innovation from ETH Zurich, is a business angel in food-tech startups, and is driven by a passion for food and sustainability. He is also a proud father, building a better world for his children.
