Roma Vora is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development advisor, currently spearheading innovative ventures in the UAE. With a robust background in management consulting at EY in New York, she brought her expertise back to her family’s garment manufacturing business in India, where with her management team she successfully managed seven factories and over 2000 employees, driving significant efficiency and profitability improvements. In 2018, Roma co-founded Aranya Farms, an organic and hydroponic farm, leading the business strategy, sales, and marketing efforts. Her dedication to sustainability and technology in agriculture has positioned Aranya Farms as a leading supplier to major supermarkets and wholesalers in the region. Roma's work at Aranya Farms has given her firsthand experience in addressing the challenges of food wastage and sustainability. She works to implement systems that enhance food production, reduce waste, and promote responsible consumption.
